Celebrity and Entertainment Booking Fees

Costs to book celebrities and entertainers vary according to a range of factors including: the date and location of your event; how long you require the artist for; the type of event you are organising and the number of guests; plus any additional requirements (for example, sound and light installation for your venue). However, we can offer the following very approximate guidelines:

Category A

Chart-topping bands and popular television stars are in constant demand and their fees reflect this. The majority of artists that fall into this category will have fees starting in the region of £10,000 for private and corporate event appearances. High profile comedians and entertainers can command over £20,000 for a private show. Multi-million record selling pop groups and singers often have fees over £100,000 for events based work.

Category B

High profile presenters, speakers, singers and entertainers that fall into this category can sometimes be booked for fees in the region of £5,000 to £10,000. Fees for television and radio personalities vary significantly according to a range of factors, so please contact one of our entertainment agents for an accurate quote.

Category C

Acts that fall into this category can generally booked for fees ranging between £500 and £5,000. This includes the vast majority of function and party bands, tribute acts, specialist entertainers and solo artists. Some high profile television stars can be booked for a fee in this category range including some of the finalists from the ITV show X-Factor.

Category D

All of the acts that fall within this category are highly talented but may not be generally known to the wider public due to limited television of radio exposure. These include a wide range of singers, magicians, children's entertainers, cabaret performers, up and coming comedians and circus acts. Fees for these acts range from about £100 to £1,000.
