Every day the E3 Artists team recieve approximately 20 to 25 phone calls and emails from charity organisations, fund raising groups, trusts and individuals looking for celebrities or entertainers to attend events across the UK at minimum cost or no charge. We are proud to say that we have supported many of these charity events over the course of our history, helping to raise money and awareness for a great variety of reputable causes. However, due to the sheer volume of requests that we now receive on a daily basis, we are no longer able to facilitate requests for free or low cost appearances by any organisations other than our existing charity partners.

As a result of the recent economic situation in the UK, our London office has had to be scaled back in terms of the number of staff we employ. We hope you will understand that requests to book celebrities and entertainers at no cost entails a significant amount of organisational endeavour on our part, which is not realistic for us to fulfil given the current size of our team.

Celebrities for Charity Events

As mentioned, E3 Artists regularly provide entertainers and celebrities at no cost for our existing charity partners. However, please note, we are now unable to deal with any email or phone enquiries for free or low cost appearances from any other organisations. We're really sorry! We would love to help every good cause that contacts us, but just to reiterate, our London office is a very small team; the process of dealing with the volume of phone calls we receive from people seeking free celebrity appearances takes up many hours of our agency assistant's time. This is time taken away from our paying clients who are paying us to deliver a high level service.

Auction Items and Signed Photos

Please note, E3 Artists is chiefly an entertainment booking agency, rather than a "talent" or "management" agency. This means that, whilst we have permission to promote all of the acts on our website, we are not responsible for directly managing their careers. Hence, requests for auction items and signed photos need to be directed to each act's personal manager. Again, this process is very time consuming for our staff so, unfortunately, we can no longer facilitate these kinds of requests

Please also refrain from emailing us requests for free or low cost celebrity appearances, signed photos or auction goods. Our sales administrator can not forward these requests to our booking agents.
