Francis Cardoso is the leader of DanceFlavourz. DanceFlavourz offer dance classes and workshops alongside entertainment for corporate events, parties, weddings and other live events. DanceFlavourz are recognisable from their appearance on the ITV show Britain's Got Talent where they made it through to the Top 40 Acts semi-finals. Their performance on the show was impressive enough to achieve a standing ovation from the UK's most renowned critic, Simon Cowell.

The DanceFlavourz Dance Group consists of ten professional dancers, all highly trained and experienced, having performed both internationally and locally. Their dancers come from all corners of the world including Venezuela, Brasil, Cuba, South Africa, Portugal, France, England and Spain.

DanceFlavourz are known not only for their captivating and colourful costumes, but also for their natural ability to fuse many different styles of dance together ranging from belly dancing, to Brasilian Samba, Latin and Bollywood; all with live singing and audience participation.
