Linda has been singing since the age of 16 and developed her voice by entering talent competitions, winning first prize in the majority of those she entered. These experiences would lay the foundation for success as a singer and since then, Linda has gone on to enjoy a diverse career utilising her phenomenal vocal talents.

Linda has worked as a session vocalist, displaying the quality necessary to undertake this kind of work. Linda enjoyed a successful stint on the third series of The X Factor, easily making it through the audition and boot camp stages. Before this, she appeared on Stars in Their Eyes as Chaka Kahn and on Michael Barrymore’s My kind of Music before touring Germany in the smash-hit musical, The Lion King. Linda has also appeared on stage in London’s West End, performing in the Beatles musical, All You Need is Love, as Sadie Fagan and Ella Fitzgerald in The Billy Holliday Story and has appeared twice as Aretha Franklin in Sweet Soul Music. Linda recently enjoyed an exciting role as Keisha-Camille in the hit comedy series Beautiful People for the BBC.

Linda has enjoyed success as a recording artist having released singles in Spain to critical acclaim. Her first release, Night people, went straight to number one and stayed there for four weeks. Her second track, Number One, was released across Europe and gained her another four weeks in the charts. Linda’s voice, echoing Aretha Franklin, is the sound of a true Diva. With amazing versatility and a huge variety of performance experience to draw on, Linda John-Pierre is an exceptional artist.
