Steve Walls is an entertainer with a staggering breadth of talent across a number of entertainment fields. Steve is an accomplished compère and host, as well as an actor, vocalist and hilarious comic. With a wealth of experience across a number of media channels, Steve has appeared, on stage, on screen, corporate events and even on cruise liners, utilising his varied talents to entertain any audience imaginable.

Steve is sought after as a Host and Compère for Black Tie Corporate Events, Functions, Fashion Shows, Awards Evenings, Industry Showcases, Game Shows and Sportsman’s Dinners, not only in the UK, but all over Europe. Steve has extensive experience hosting charity and corporate auctions. Steve is well aware that not all people at a charity auction are inclined to bid for items but you can guarantee that Steve will generate an exciting atmosphere and raise as much money as possible. It has been commented on many times by event organisers that if you book Steve as your compère and auctioneer, the money that he will coax from the audience will more than pay his fee for the whole evening. Steve is equally at home working with cutting edge comedy stars of today, such as Ant & Dec, Al Murray, Patrick Kielty, Ed Byrne and Clive Anderson, as he is with Sports stars like Alan Shearer, Michael Owen and Sir Bobby Robson. He is also very comfortable working with established stars, such as Tony Christie, Des O'Connor, Bobby Davro and Brian Connolly. Steve hosted the 2003 Champions League final held at Old Trafford and was extremely proud to be chosen to Host the Remembrance Day service in 2005 for BBC Newcastle in the presence of Royalty. As a TV Presenter, Steve has presented for Tyne Tees Television, Children In Need for BBC Newcastle, and more recently for Yoo Play Media, on Cash Quiz and Puzzle Time. Steve is very comfortable using an autocue, and has over 1000 hours of live TV under his belt.

Steve has graced TV screens not only as a host, but also as a professional actor appearing in many TV commercials as well as playing fan favourite Julian Jacks in Byker Grove, Steve has also entertained audiences from the West End stage, appearing as Terry in the smash hit musical Boogie Nights. Obviously this role required considerable vocal talents which Steve had honed performing at countless corporate events and weddings. Steve has also performed as lead vocalist on many Cruise lines such as P & O, Thomson’s, Sun Cruises and Royal Olympic.

As a Comedian, Steve toured various UK theatres extensively in 2006 and 2007 as support comic to Freddie Starr. 2008 saw Steve touring as Comic and Link man for the Sensational 60’s Show with The Tremeloes, Marmalade and The Dreamers. The show was a big success and he will tour again with it in 2009. Steve has played principal comic in thirteen pantomimes, including many of the UK's premier theatres such as Manchester Opera House and Sunderland Empire. He has worked alongside the likes of Shane Lynch, Tina O'Brien, Johnny Briggs, Paul Michael Glaser, and Sheila Ferguson. Steve is also an experienced TV warm up comic having worked with Cat Deeley on Stars in Their Eyes Kids and Rhona Cameron on Russian Roulette. Steve has also been the lead comic in thirteen Pantomimes, proving that he is in every sense of the word, an entertainer!
