On television, she has appeared as a celebrity chef numerous times on Christmas Cooks, Saturday Kitchen and Daily Cooks. Mary presented her own show, Ultimate Cakes, for BBC television and followed this up with At Home With Marry Berry, both receiving great reviews. Mary enjoyed a successful stint as editor of Ideal Home magazine and has been a member of the Council of Food for Great Britain. Recently, Mary has been a regular guest chef on ITV 1's Saturday Cooks.

Mary is a highly successful author having sold over four million books to date. Some of her popular titles include The New Cook, Mary Berry’s Stress-free Kitchen, Mary Berry's New Aga Cookbook, Real Fast Food, Ultimate Cakes and Cooking at Home. Mary runs successful Aga workshops from her home in Buckinghamshire. To date, 11,000 Aga owners have attended.
