Born and educated in England, Tamara spent much of her time abroad travelling with her parents. Her father Prince Adan Czartoryski-Borbon was born and raised in Spain alongside his cousin, the future King of Spain. Tamara`s Italian mother, Nora De Picciotto, was born in Cairo and moved to England where she worked as a model.

Following in her father`s footsteps, renowned for his sporting achievements in Formula Three Racing and International Karate, Tamara left school at the age of fifteen to pursue a career in show jumping. Working as a groom she lived with her trainer`s family and spent her time training and travelling to compete in national and international competitions at a very high level.

In 1998 she decided to finish her education and gained a place at Emerson College in Boston, where she studied film and television production during the day, and acting at the Harrison Project in the evenings. After graduating she moved to Madrid to study Spanish and begin her career in modelling where she graced numerous fashion pages and catwalks. Her sporting abilities lead her to present Thai Kick Boxing and Full Throttle Famous for Granada Television. She went on to present Celebrity Five Go Dating, Young, Sexy and Royal, children`s show It`s A Girls Thing for Sky One and American Princess for NBC.

In addition, Tamara is an aspiring actress with a flair for the screen and stage, starring in Oliver Twist at London`s Mermaid Theatre, working with Catherine De Neuve in Palais Royale and completing ITV`s two part series The Stepfather, where she shunned her princess title to play a prostitute. Tamara also competed in Channel 4`s hugely popular The Games where her determination and enthusiasm shone through.
