Most jazz ensembles are simply one size and provide one style of music. The UJC is based around an outstanding group of professional London jazz musicians who are seasoned regulars on the jazz circuit. The musicians regularly perform in a variety of line-ups around the UK and Europe and can be seen at some of the top UK jazz venues. They can personally tailor their formation to exactly fit with your requirements, and in the unlikely event that you can find a formation that they haven't played in, then they will put together a group specifically for your event! You could even have multiple groups at your event playing in separate locations if required. For example, a sax/piano duo for your drinks reception, piano/bass/drums trio during your meal and a full swing band, or even a big band, for the evening dance.

The band’s repertoire is almost limitless. Ballads, blues, latin, bebop, swing, 20s/30s/40s/50s, New Orleans style traditional jazz, even soul and jazz funk; it's all in there somewhere. The band is happy to take requests for your event, thus giving you complete flexibility.
