Aged in their mid 20s, the band members already boast an impressive depth of talent and experience having worked with the likes of Supergrass, The Happy Mondays, The Dead 60’s, Blur, The Kooks, The Fratellis and The Super Furry Animals.

The Big Beat repertoire stretches through the decades from 1950’s rock and roll classics to the modern pop anthems topping today’s charts. With guitars, bass, drums and sophisticated three part harmonies, it is unsurprising to see this young group already highly experienced on the corporate entertainment circuit, as well as making numerous TV appearances on MTV Brand New, Pop Factory, MTV2, HTV, and the BBC.

The Big Beat have been performing, writing, recording, and touring professionally for more than ten years with appearances at The Marquee Club in Leicester Square, The Millennium Stadium, Cardiff; The Wakestock Festival, The Forum, London and The Cavern Club, Liverpool. They took centre stage at Casino Red’s opening party in Huddersfield, appeared alongside Blondie and Katie Melua at Guilfest, and appeared at the Tsunami Fundraiser 2005 with musical legends like Eric Clapton and Jools Holland.
