Section Eleven is an eight-piece Latin Dance Band based in Hackney, London. The band has built up a strong following over the years and play regularly around London and the South East. They play an exciting mix of Latin sounds including Afro-Cuban, Caribbean, Colombian and Brazilian rhythms.

Section Eleven is an ideal band for parties and weddings. Their music is enjoyed by all ages and is guaranteed to get any occasion on its feet with infectious Latin grooves.

The band comprises the considerable talents of; Jim Kidner on flute, guitar, keyboards and vocals; Sue Jarvis on hand percussion, guitar and vocals; Eamonn Crilly on tenor sax and vocals; Venetia Bennion on alto & soprano sax; Lisa Grande on congas, hand percussion and vocals; Barbara Matola on congas and hand percussion; John George on bass and vocals and Kevin Ward on drums.

Section Eleven play an exciting mix of Cuban, Bossa Nova, Cha Cha Cha, New Brazilian, Cumbia, Raggae, New York Latin and Bolero.
