E3 Group

Martin Harrigan has been involved with the E3 Group since its inception in 1998 and actually accompanied David Hill, Group CEO, on his first ever overseas E3 business trip to Stockholm, visiting the offices of his first major client. During this period Martin often acted as a sounding board as the business developed, offering business advice and guidance to the new company. Martin’s involvement increased over the years until he joined the company’s new board structure two years ago as a non-executive Director.

Martin had been working as a management consultant prior to joining the group in his role as non-executive director. The flexibility of his consultancy work allowed him to dedicate a lot of time to the E3 Group and it seemed a natural progression for him to join the business full time as Group Managing Director in 2008.

Martin is a graduate of Warwick Business School and before working as a management consultant, Martin previously held a number of Operational positions in the Hotel & Hospitality Industry. He has worked for organisations as diverse as The British Red Cross, and spent 5 years with BBC Television working as a Location Servicing Manager in the BBC props department.

Martin has had a varied and distinguished career and he adds a great deal of knowledge and experience to the E3 team.
