Jamie Greaves began his career as a local radio presenter for Signal Radio in Stoke on Trent. He went on to develop his performance skills with appearances in a number of professional productions including several large pantomimes, theme park shows, Disney special events, and as warm up artist for several Children’s BBC programs.

In 1998, Jamie joined Alton Towers as a performer and gradually progressed into the management team. He progressed quickly from Show Manager for the hotels to Show Development Manager for the hotels and theme park. As Creative Manager for Alton Towers, Jamie became responsible for the creative delivery of many large scale events and productions including ice shows, production shows, and the famous Alton Towers Fireworks Spectaculars.

In 2006, Jamie joined Peel where he was responsible for steering the creative delivery of around forty production shows onboard the fleet of Thomson Cruise Ships including writing, directing and managing the teams of performers during the intense rehearsal periods.

Jamie joined the E3 Group in August 2007 as Operations Manager, a role utilizing his creative expertize together with his skill for managing large teams of performers. Jamie was promoted to Head of Product in 2011.
