Celebrity Hire Costs July 2009 - Big Brother Special

Friday, July 10th, 2009

Every month here at E3 Artists we aim to answer the popular question “how much does it cost to hire a celebrity?” Everyday this question is posed to us by a wide range of people for an equally wide range of purposes; from professional event planners looking for a cost-effective method to raise the profile of their projects to private individuals hoping to secure the time of their favourite reality television star for a birthday bash.

A popular option for those planning events on a low budget is to hire a Big Brother contestant. Events such as award ceremonies, store openings, exhibitions and corporate fundraisers can have their profile raised by the appearance of a recognisable face from the popular C4 show. Former Big Brother contestants are also an ideal booking for marketing and event managers looking to raise the profile of their brand with their target audience. With series 10 of Big Brother now in full-swing, this month’s pricelist is dedicated to some of the more memorable contestants from the show. As with our previous pricelists the fees indicated below are an approximate guide and will often vary according to factors such as the date and location of your event, your specific requirements and whether or not you plan to televise your event or sell tickets.

Hire Les Dennis for approximately £8,000.

Celebrity Hire Costs June 2009- Britain’s Got Talent Special

Tuesday, June 9th, 2009

As we enter the month of June, there is no sign of the public obsession with Britain’s Got Talent receding and with the national tour set to begin shortly, it’s not likely to die down any time soon. Requests for acts from the show to appear at corporate events, private parties or organised functions are flooding in on a daily basis so this month’s guide offers some information on the most bookable Britain’s Got Talent acts.

The cost to hire a BGT act can fluctuate significantly according to a number of factors including the media exposure they continue to receive after the show and the demand for their time that this creates. As a general guideline it is possible to book some former BGT acts from as little as £500. However, the majority of acts that make it through to the finals have fee expectations of £2,000 or more. Some of the most successful acts, such as 2009 winners Diversity, can command over £10,000 for a performance. For a more accurate indication of booking fees you can contact one of our entertainment agents using our online form.

Celebrity and Entertainment Hire Costs- April 2009

Tuesday, April 7th, 2009

As April begins and Easter draws near, many businesses have received their budgets for the coming months. As a result, there has been a number of enquiries coming through from anxious events planners looking to get that big, headlining act tied up for events just around the corner, and those later on in the year. Being the informative entertainment agency that we are, E3 Artists aim to bring you up to date information about popular artists who can help give your event real impact. Take a look at our top ten celebrity and professional acts for live events in the month of April. Every month we try and give event organisers everywhere the answer to that burning question ‘how much does it cost to hire a celebrity’. This post sets out to achieve that but it is important to bear in mind that all prices quoted are subject to change on an event by event basis. Where your event is being held, the duration you require an act or celebrity to perform for and any accommodation requirements impact on the fee. If you plan to sell tickets or televise your event you can also expect increased fees as image rights come into play. In our last post, we explained celebrity riders and how much these can cost. As each event will require a different rider and most are constructed on an event by event basis, these costs are not included in the fees quoted. You can always give one of our agents a call for up to the minute prices for celebrities and entertainers but in the meantime, check out our list below for popular celebrity and entertainment choices for the Month of April.
