Requests to book Diana Vickers have been pouring in thick and fast since her, quite frankly, shocking dismissal from the X Factor. I have to come clean and admit she was one of my favourite contestants this year and the show just won’t be the same without her. I will sincerely miss her ‘claw’ as well; the left hand that has caused delight and dismay in equal measure with the X Factor faithful. I did have a laugh at the photoshoped images of her and her claw . But at least she doesn’t do all that bizarre microphone and finger waggling that Christina and Mariah seem to love so much. Is that not far more annoying? Facebook fanatics don’t seem to think so after starting hate groups directed against the offending appendage. I think she has the right attitude towards this; simply shrugging it off and promising to keep up the clawing. I would like to take this opportunity to officially suggest a Diana Vickers claw appreciation society. If you hire Diana Vickers and you ask her nicely, maybe she’ll say ‘I’ll get you next time Gadget!’

Booking enquiries for Ruth Lorenzo have started to flood into our offices following her exit from the X-factor at the weekend. Ruth is a firm favourite here at the E3 Artists office, her intense style and powerful vocals project a true star quality. Some of our major clients have expressed an interest to hire Ruth Lorenzo for their annual conferences coming up in January. Plus she’s in demand from people back home. We’ve had several calls from Spain, including one from a promoter operating a venue near her hometown. He’s hoping to secure Ruth for a prestigious New Year’s eve spot.
